Delivery and shipping
At Clean your Ride, we understand that you want to receive your order quickly and efficiently. We have a streamlined shipping and delivery process to meet your needs.
If you place your order before 4:00 PM and everything on your list is in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Furthermore, for orders of €50 or more within the Netherlands, we cover the shipping costs!
For orders under €50, the shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and total price of your order. This way, we ensure that you always pay a fair shipping price. We also ship to other EU countries, and you can view the shipping costs per country directly
in your shopping cart.
Our shipments are handled by DHL. This gives you the freedom to choose where and when you want to receive your package. Once you place an order with Clean your Ride, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is packed, we will send you an email with DHL’s Track & Trace information so you can track the status of your package.
We pay close attention to the packaging of your packages to ensure that all products arrive in optimal condition. If you prefer to pick up your order in our showroom, the following opening hours apply:
Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
