Koch Chemie Ceramic Body Cb0.01 is a premium ceramic coating designed for painted surfaces. The product provides long-lasting protection through a chemical bond with the paint, creating a pearling (lotus) effect that repels dirt and water. The coating protects against oxidation, salt, acids, and other environmental factors, while simplifying the cleaning and maintenance process.

How do you use Ceramic Body Cb0.01?
- Clean thoroughly: Wash the vehicle with an alkaline shampoo such as Green Star (diluted 1:10). Remove stubborn dirt with suitable agents such as Reactive Rust Remover.
- Polish: Use Heavy Cut or Fine Cut polish for a scratch and hologram free surface.
- Degrease: Apply Panel Preparation Spray or Silicone & Wax Remover and wipe with a microfiber cloth.
- Apply Coating: Use the supplied applicator to apply the coating evenly. apply, working one panel at a time.
- Wipe: Allow to evaporate for 5-8 minutes and buff off excess with a clean microfiber cloth.
Care instructions
Avoid washing for the first 9 days.
Use mild shampoos such as Gentle Snow Foam for hand washing.
Avoid detergents with pH values below 3 or above 12.
After 24 hours, add an extra protective layer with Spray Sealant S0.02 or Hand Wax W0.01.
Important Information
Application temperature: 15°C to 25°C.
Prevent crystallization by wiping the edges of the bottle.
Use nitrile gloves and avoid contact with paint after preparation.
